Bike Hike Menu

 

OK, You asked for it so here it is.

This is the standard menu I use for Hikes, Canoe day trips and other quick outings.

Its Light, and easy to prepare for 1 – 6 persons.

Each meal is packed in its own Zip Lock bag for ease of packing.

Items listed for each person. (Unless noted)

 

Lunch

¼ lb Summer Sausage

¼ lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese

10-15 Crackers (Tall House or Wheat Worth)

½ cup Raisins (small box)

Water

 

Dinner

½ pkg Ramen Noodles, Sausage (left over from Lunch) w/egg (powdered)

Cheese (left over from Lunch)

Instant pudding (Use powdered milk) (1 pkg makes enough for 6)

Apple (or orange)

2 pkgs Hot Chocolate

 

Breakfast

2 pkgs Oatmeal (instant w/splenda)

Raisins

Coffee (instant) (Adults only)
